The Average to Superhuman Fascial-Driven Intensive

January 3rd - 31st

Registration ends Dec 31st

If you’ve ever looked at another footballer with envy and thought…

“It must be nice to have that guy’s raw talent.”

Then you’ll want to pay close attention to what’s written on this page because you’ve stumbled across what is possibly the most closely guarded secret in the world of elite football.

Knowledge so valuable it is rarely discussed outside a scattered group of practitioners around the world closed to new clients.

It’s easy to believe that those who play at the highest levels are built different.

That they possess an “it-factor” everyone else lacks.

When you watch them, they seem to float across the pitch.

Their movements are effortless, their skill with the ball and accuracy on goal are flawless.

Even as you read those words you can picture someone in your mind that fits that description.

Maybe it’s a professional player you watch TV or someone on your team who operates on a different frequency than anyone else on the pitch.

Well, I’m here to tell you that locked inside you is that same ability.

You are capable of playing at a level you never thought possible.

You just need the key to unlock it.

And I know that’s hard for you to believe right now.

But I’m asking you to suspend your disbelief for a few moments.

Because by the time you’re done reading this letter, you’ll know exactly what you need to do to unlock the door to your true ability.

And it all starts with something called Fascial Tensegrity.

That’s a 50-dollar word that some Ivy League doctor came up with to explain the interconnected strength of a system in your body called the Fascial System.

What the heck is that you ask?

Your Fascial System is a network of connective tissue that surrounds and interweaves with every part of your body.

From your bones to your tendons and muscles, all the way out to your skin.

According to the most recent science, your fascial system is the bodies biggest sensory organ which means it is far more important than muscle when it comes to speed and skill.

Your fascial system is responsible for a lot:

  • Structural support: Fascia supports every muscle, bone, joint, ligament, tendon and organ in your body. Without a strong fascial system, a player is plagued with injury because the body can’t support itself…
  • Movement: Fascia integrates every muscle in the body and supports joint stability that allows you to move, pivot and react.
  • Coordination: Fascia has 10x more proprioceptors than muscle which makes it the most important thing for coordinating all types of movements making you more fluid and effortless.
  • Speed: Fascial inserts control the turning on and off of muscle fibers throughout the body. This regulates how powerful, explosive, and smooth your speed can be.
  • Recovery & Regeneration: The body holds emotional and physical trauma in the fascia. By training the fascia correctly you can heal scar tissue and fix chronic inflammation at the root cause.

It’s so important to your body’s ability to function that it’s often called your “second skin”.

The problem for most players is that their fascial system is dormant.

In the past, it was something that we activated and developed as children but starting in the late 90’s, kids started spending more time playing video games and less time outdoors being physically active with their friends.

We also started to wear thick cushioned sneakers like Nike and Adidas which suffocated our feet from an early age disrupting the natural process of developing the fascial system.

On top of that, mothers stopped breastfeeding earlier and earlier where babies are actually supposed to develop the fascia in their tongue and jaw for optimal breathing mechanics.

So how do you know if your fascial system is active or dormant?

Well, let me ask you a few “yes” or “no” questions.

  • Do your calves and quads burn all game?
  • Are you constantly suffering from injuries you try to cover up with stretching, icing and pills?
  • Does your touch feel rusty after skipping a day of “extra training” no matter how many hours of ball drills you do?
  • Do you mouth breathe?

These are all symptoms of a dormant fascial system.

It’s got nothing to do with you being “lazy” or not training hard enough.

In fact, over-training will just lead to more injuries and poorer results on the pitch.

Trust me.

I spent 15 years learning from “the best” just to find out mostly everything out there is a combination guess-work, weak science, and motivational quotes.

You Will NOT Find a Bettor Mentor to Guide You on Your Journey

Not because I'm a genetic freak born to play football. But for the exact opposite reason.

Hi, my name is Taylor Davidson and I was never supposed to even play football.

Up until the age of 13, I was trained by my father to be an elite professional tennis player.

I ended up falling in love with football after watching Arsenal on TV one early Saturday morning.

And from there my dream was clear:

I will play in English Premier League.

But the problem was that I had no idea what it took to become an elite footballer.

I took my new-found love for football and combined it with the work-ethic drilled into me by my father.

I was never the most athletic player, but I had the mental fortitude and physical determination to be the best.

That got me pretty far (clubs like Panathinaikos and AEK Athens) but it came with many serious injuries that limited how far I could really go.

Multiple foot fractures, pelvic issues, and an ACL tear threw me down the rabbit hole of mainstream physical therapy and sports science.

I literally had to go to back to the drawing board after getting injured again and again following the advice of the best doctors and trainers money could buy.

After 15 years of study, everything converged on this topic of fascia and here we are today.

I didn't accomplish my goal of playing in the Premier League, but I did one better.

Dozens of elite professional players in the Premier League and even the Champions League now call me their private coach.

And for the first time ever, you can get trained by myself live...

Here is how I will take you from an average footballer to superhuman over the next 4 weeks:

Week 1 - Measure athletic baseline and wake up the feet via toe retraction and nerve stimulation.

We’ll start by assessing your current level of athleticism with a few diagnostic exercises that test what muscles your body resorts to when it is fully fatigued.

After that we will begin waking up your connection to the ground, your feet via the toes, sole of the foot, and ankle tendons. This will be the beginning of your journey to actively gaining control of your fascia.

Week 2 - Create ankle tensegrity via fascial tensioning and foot pressurization.

With motor control of the toes, we’ll teach you how to “puff out the chest” of your ball of the foot and feel how you should put weight into the ground and vice versa.

From here, you will feel your fascia learning to increase tension in a process we call “creating air”.

Week 3 - Stimulate dormant muscle fibers in the glutes via fascial innervation.

Once we’ve learned to stiffen the ankle via the fascia and NOT merely flex the calf muscle, we’ll look upwards towards the hamstrings and glutes.

Through the use of tensioned isometrics, we will build a fascial connection through the posterior chain.

Week 4 - Build dynamic tension across the whole body with vibrational feedback.

Finally we will bring everything together into dynamic movements where you must learn to use your new functionality in relation to the ground and the force that comes with it.

The toes, the ball of the foot, the sole, the ankle, and all the fascia above working smoothly together as muscles learn to turn off and on as needed.

All of this will convert into walking, jogging, and eventually sprinting as you develop off the foundation we built across the 4 weeks.

What exactly do you get with the 4 Week Intensive?

  • 4 Live Workshops with myself.
  • A cohort telegram group to monitor your progress.

Why is fascia not talked about more?

Up until a few years ago, fascia was considered to be totally inert and basically useless tissue in the body. This is largely because all this science was based on the research of cadavers (dead bodies). As the technologies used to study the human body improved more science has come out showcaseing a wide-range of important responsibilities fascia has in the body.

As all things in life, change takes time. Most normal trainers are still 10+ years behind the latest most cutting edge science. This is especially true at the highest level of sport.

What kind of training equipment do I need?

All you will need is a towel, tennis balls, some looped bands, and ideally two plyo balls if you can get it.
