FAQ

Can I do this training if I’m injured?

Unless you just had surgery, it’s very likely you’ll be able to execute all the positions in this Integrative Strength Workshop. With that said, we will still be able to regress any of the positions to fit to not cause any pain and you’ll start upgrading even while letting your injury heal.

What about Calisthenics?

Calisthenics are great if you just want to develop a more natural looking physique but it does nothing to change your athleticism or build integrative strength that transfers to Football.


That is because calisthenics has no relation to improving how you sprint or absorb force. On top of that, calisthenics won’t do much if you lack the fascial tensegrity to integrate all the muscles in the first place.

Do I need any equipment?

In general no, but there are a few variations of exercises utilized in this training that utilize plyo balls, slam balls, and weighted bags to take things up a notch.
